OUR ROOM
The room, with its own private entrance and veranda overlooking the pool, is beautifully decorated and has a luxurious feel. Cotton linen and feather pillows on the two comfortable beds will ensure a good night's rest.
There is a fridge and microwave in the cupboard for your convenience, as well an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A desk, plug point and hairdryer provide additional convenience.
Secure covered parking is available for your car.

ABOUT
Field House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Westhill area close to St Andrew’s Prep, College and DSG and provides accommodation for two people.

With vistas over the St Andrew’s College Crawhall Field, Field House gives you the impression that you are on a farm, despite being in town. Bird life is abundant and cows often graze on the lush green grass of the green belt further creating the relaxed country atmosphere. A gate leading onto the field from the beautiful garden allows visitors to go for a peaceful stroll around the sports ground or further afield.
Museums
The Albany Museums house interesting artifacts from Grahamstown's past, including the Camera Obscura at the Observatory Museum.
Festivals

Grahamstown hosts the vibey National Arts Festival and fascinating Science Festival every year.
Bruce Little Studio
Visit the studio of local sculptor, Bruce Little, known for his beautiful bronze animal sculptures.
Pool
Enjoy a cool dip in the pool on hot days. Swimming towels are provided.
Garden
The room overlooks the pool and there is a lovely view of the garden and field from the main veranda. Enjoy this whilst you eat your breakfast!
Breakfast
A delicious Continental or English breakfast will be served on the veranda overlooking the garden or in the dining room with a view, whichever you prefer.

Daily Housekeeping
The room will be made up every morning and the dishes will be washed. An iron will be provided on request. Laundry will be done at an additional cost.

Leisure Activities
There are many hiking trails around Grahamstown. Have fun exploring the different paths starting from Grey Dam or explore the town, residential areas, schools and university on foot.
Safari
Grahamstown is surrounded by excellent,malaria free game reserves. Visit a private game reserve and go on a safari drive/boat trip for the day or drive yourself around the Addo Elephant National Park.
